Job Description

Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials from both local and oversea vendors.Experience in FMCG background will be preferred and experience in handling commodities like Structural steel, Coils, Sheets, Pipes & Fittings, and Insulation materials is required.Evaluate vendor's quotation by means of Commercial Bid Evaluation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.Assist with daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, and following up on Purchase Orders delivery, and shipment schedules.Resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors.Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectations.Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements.Timely updates and submission of Procurement reports.Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.Problem Solver & self-motivated personality.Job RequirementsA Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Minimum of 7 Years of experience in Sourcing / Procurement / Supply Chain is required.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers.Resourceful, self-driven, proactive, and independent worker.Hardworking and meticulous with a positive attitude.Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.Good analytical skills.Able to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access) and ERP Software.Preference for Immediate JoinersJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per monthBenefits:
