We are looking for an

Executive / Senior Executive ( Pricing )

with experience in

freight forwarding

companies only. To manage spot and contract rates, support key accounts, place online booking and work closely with sales, operations, and overseas agents. The role requires a deep understanding of export logistics, shipping lines, and cost structures to deliver competitive and profitable pricing solutions.

Key Duties:

Prepare and manage

ocean freight pricing

for export shipments (FCL / LCL / Air). Coordinate with

shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents

to negotiate the best possible rates. Support

Key Accounts, Sales, and Business Development teams

with timely and competitive quotations. Analyse market trends, vessel schedules, and rate fluctuations to optimise pricing strategies. Ensure accuracy of rates, surcharges, and validity while sharing quotations with stakeholders. Work closely with

Export Documentation, Port Operations, and Transport teams

to ensure operational feasibility of quoted rates. Maintain pricing databases, rate sheets, and quotation records in

LOGY SYS

. Handle escalations related to pricing discrepancies and resolve them efficiently.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline 3-6

years of experience in Freight Forwarding ONLY

, specifically in Pricing Strong knowledge of

export documentation, port operations, shipping lines, and freight costing

Hands-on experience with

ocean freight pricing

Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills Proficiency in

LOGY SYS

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
