Job Description

Role Purpose:
We are seeking a qualified Senior Executive with expertise in precast site installation for residential and high-rise residential projects. The candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient installation of precast elements, project management, and resource optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Precast Installation:
- Supervise and manage the installation of precast elements on residential and high-rise towers.
- Ensure quality standards are met during precast installation.
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure seamless execution of precast structures.
2. Project Management:
- Monitor project schedules, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Utilize project management tools to manage timelines and deliverables effectively.
3. Resource Management:
- Optimize manpower and material resources for efficient site operations.
- Ensure proper utilization of equipment and maintain safety standards.
4. Technical Oversight:
- Interpret and review construction drawings to guide installation processes.
- Use AutoCAD and MS Projects for planning and tracking.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain site progress reports, resource logs, and other required documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project updates and resolve challenges.
- Software Skills: Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Projects.
- Other Skills: Strong fundamentals in project management and resource management.
