RESPONIBILITIES:- \xc2\xb7 Implementation of production planning and control daily and weekly basis. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with dispatch team for order. \xc2\xb7 Ensure timely raw material availability for production as per requirement to avoid production stoppage. \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, workers and equipment to meet production target \xc2\xb7 Coordination with purchase and store department for timely delivery of material. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with maintenance for machinery preventive, breakdown and corrective maintenance. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring and managing of manufacturing processes at each manufacturing stage to avoid repacking. \xc2\xb7 Optimize shifts and manpower to accommodate growth without hiring new people. \xc2\xb7 Train, Supervise and Manage Production line workers. \xc2\xb7 Determine how many workers needed to the production line.
