Located inside Mumbai's Filmcity Complex, students receive hands-on instruction in the discipline they want to pursue.

We are looking for a fantastic team member to join as a Senior Executive - Placement in our

Student Services

department.

Role Overview:

Manage alumni engagement and student placement activities to support career growth and institutional connections.

Key Responsibilities

Alumni Engagement

Update alumni database (projects, film credits, contact info) Activate and manage alumni groups (Telegram, Discord, Univariety) Recruit alumni mentors; organize mock interviews and panels Coordinate workshops and alumni events

Student Support

Assist with resumes, LinkedIn, offer/internship letters Schedule interviews, mock sessions, feedback, and grooming Collaborate with student placement committee Gather student testimonials and recruiter profiles

External Partnerships

Liaise with departments and external clients to source internships/jobs Maintain client's database; drive paid internship opportunities via social media Attend conferences, network with industry partners Manage actor portfolio outreach

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily/weekly MIS (releases, placements, internships) Maintain documentation (resumes, contracts, attendance, testimonials)

Qualifications & skill sets required

Bachelor's degree 2 to 5 years in alumni relations, placement of students. Excellent communication, verbal & written.
Office Time: 10:30 am to 6:30 pm

Location: Goregaon (East)

Timings: 10.30 am - 6.30 pm
