1. Below are core activities of an executive.
A. Working on Freshdesk Tickets received from partners to process Email ID, Bank
details, Ownership change, PAN Update requests.
B. Working on Bulk Upload of Email, Bank & Ownership change in the Manch Tool.
C. Coordinate with Loan Vendors and work on Linking/De-Linking of Escrow.
D. Regularly updating commission in FCP tool for Food/ Instamart /Dine-Out Platforms.
E. Share Consolidated Annexures and handle TDS reimbursement requests.
3. The executive is responsible for managing the Bank Acc/Email ID/Ownership
change/Loan/PAN Update process of Swiggy Restaurant Partners of Food and Dine Out
Platforms.
4. The Partner Support Executive acts as the primary interface between Swiggys internal
functions and our business partners (Restaurants).
5. The executive should work on timely resolution of requests received from the partners and
internal stakeholders.
6. A Partner Support Associate is expected to address chronic system issues, provide process
improvements, develop internal documentation, and contribute to a team environment, all
while adhering to service level agreements for phone, chats, and email cases and liaise with
other departments such as Product Support or Payments teams as required to resolve
Partner's issues and questions.
