:

Be responsible for day-to-day ad operations on Marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, QCommerce, Pharmacy, Beauty and Fashion towards driving revenue goals through performance marketing campaigns for client accounts, requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholders
Understand client goals, create, and execute strategies to exceed defined goals
Provide strategic insights on the campaign performance for your set of clients
Be responsible for all regular (and ad hoc) reporting and analysis of digital activity providing crucial insights into further marketplace campaign opportunities, and effectively communicating this to the client
Build, watch and maintain the budget and track success metrics
Understand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape as relevant to assigned clients
Be responsible for preparing Business Review decks to showcase business growth
Be responsible for Quality and timely deliverables for clients requests
Guide and train juniors including fresh interns on ways of working in marketplaces
You\'d fit right in if you: -
Are any Graduate with 2+ years of relevant work experience in managing and running Amazon Ads through self-serve platforms
Additionally have experience of running self-serve campaigns and / or display campaigns on other marketplace platforms
Have experience in managing the advertising spends for multiple client accounts at the same time
Have strong project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, and manage long-term projects
Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent
