Oversee day-to-day administration of the office, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained work environment.
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure upkeep of all common areas, meeting rooms, and pantry facilities.
Maintain all office records and documentation as per compliance requirements.
Support in managing the office lease process and renewal documentation.
Coordinate with the building facility management team for maintenance, repairs, and other facility-related support.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and facility-related requirements.
Manage courier, stationery, and other administrative logistics.
Travel & Logistics
Manage the travel requirements of branch employees, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation in line with company policies.
Coordinate with travel partners to ensure cost-effective and timely arrangements.
Employee Experience & HR Support
Partner with the HR team to support employee engagement activities and internal events.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and exit processes from an administrative standpoint (desk setup, biometric access, seating, etc.).
Act as a friendly and approachable point of contact for employee facility needs.
IT Coordination
Support IT in maintaining and managing the company's IT asset inventory (laptops, accessories, licenses, etc.).
Assist in issuing and tracking IT assets for new joiners and exits.
Provide basic coordination for IT Level 1 support tasks (e.g., troubleshooting connectivity or printer issues) -- training can be provided for this.
This will be an individual contributor role. This role will have direct reporting to the Branch Head with a dotted line reporting to the Corporate Admin lead.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
