A Senior Executive Operations-Tours is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating travel and tour packages for clients. They work with travel agencies, hotels, airlines, and local guides to ensure smooth and enjoyable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tour Planning & Coordination:

Design and customize travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and transport services for bookings.

Ensure all necessary travel documents, visas, and permits are arranged.

2. Client Handling & Sales:

Communicate with clients to understand their travel requirements.

Provide detailed information on destinations, accommodations, and travel options.

Handle inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups to confirm travel arrangements.

Upsell and promote tour packages to potential customers.

3. Operations & Execution:

Ensure smooth execution of tours by coordinating with local tour operators.

Resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies during trips.

Keep clients informed of any itinerary changes or disruptions.

4. Vendor & Partner Management:

Negotiate and manage contracts with hotels, transport providers, and activity vendors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners.

5. Marketing & Promotions:

Assist in promoting tour packages through social media, websites, and travel fairs.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional content.

6. Administration & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of client bookings and payments.

Prepare invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).

Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of international and domestic travel destinations.

Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to handle multiple clients and work under pressure.

Customer service-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
