Operational leadership in manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, and quality systems within embedded electronics domain.

Detailed JD:

Lead and manage end-to-end operations including production, inventory control, and vendor coordination. Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of components, with focus on non-China sourcing. Develop and implement lean manufacturing practices and quality management systems. Monitor compliance with industry standards (MIL-STD, ISO). Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency. Work closely with engineering and sales teams to align operations with project timelines. Prepare and present MIS reports to management.

Professional Skills / Technical Knowledge:

Strong background in defense or industrial electronics operations. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Familiarity with ERP systems and quality compliance. * Vendor development and sourcing knowledge.
