Receiving, Stores & Line feeding, Close coordination with concern stakeholders like SCM, Manufacturing, Quality, 3rd party contractual labor. Controlling, monitoring of Stock Reconciliation of all inventory items. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implementation of inventory count strategies for achieving system vs physical stock accuracy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation and monitoring of adherence of Perpetual ABC and Geographical inventory cycle count schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2 Defining Cycle count and analysis of parts found under frequent discrepancy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Root cause analysis of variance and suggest/implement corrective/preventive measures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Co-ordinate with customer for reconciliation of physical inventory variance in system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and Lead the team for daily and quarterly stock take activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure reporting of daily/weekly inventory MIS to internal Management and Customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure everyone in your team follows the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) \xe2\x80\xa2 Encourage the team to buildup innovative ideas and imbibe the quality culture in every team member. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead continuous Improvement projects like Kaizen,QC projects, Six Sigma, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead 5S initiative in your area/department. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support to achieve audit targets in 5S,IMS,TMS.
