About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Operations Executive

to support our last mile delivery operations and order management processes. The intern will gain hands-on experience in managing delivery logistics, tracking orders, and ensuring timely fulfillment, while working closely with the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating and monitoring last mile deliveries to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Track and update delivery status, ensuring smooth communication between delivery teams, customers, and internal stakeholders. Manage and update order records in the system, including cancellations, returns, and replacements. Support operational planning to optimize delivery routes, reduce delays, and enhance efficiency. Assist in preparing daily/weekly operational reports and dashboards. Collaborate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated in

Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in

MS Excel / Google Sheets

; familiarity with order management software is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
