Liaise with

Compliance & Administration
Ensure adherence to
labor laws, institutional regulations
, and internal quality frameworks.
Maintain HRMS records, documentation for audits, and staff verification.
Handle
center inspections, audits, and regulatory documentation.
Manage
student and faculty attendance systems
, ID cards, and safety protocols.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters and provide timely support.
Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
