Job Description

Billing & Cash Handling

Generate and issue bills for OPD consultations, diagnostics, pharmacy, and minor procedures. Ensure accuracy in billing entries, rates, and applicable discounts. Handle cash, card, and online payments with accountability. Prepare daily cash collection reports and deposit summaries.

Patient Coordination

Guide patients and attendants regarding billing queries, package inclusions, and outstanding payments. Coordinate with doctors, diagnostics, and pharmacy for correct billing. Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction by reducing wait time in billing counters.

System & Documentation

Enter all patient billing data accurately in Hospital Information System (HIS). Maintain OPD registers, invoices, receipts, and reconciliations. Ensure proper documentation for discounts, refunds, and cancellations with approvals.

Compliance & Audit

Follow hospital billing policies and financial SOPs. Comply with NABH and statutory requirements for billing documentation. Assist in internal and external audits by providing accurate records.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
