It is helping to address the limited institutional and systems capacity in India by strengthening education and training, advancing research and technology and facilitating policy and practice in the area of Public Health. PHFI is headquartered in New Delhi with national presence through its constituent units of regional Indian Institutes of Public Health (IIPHs) and Centers of Applied Research in core public health themes. The Foundation, established in 2006 as a public private initiative, is governed by an independent board comprising of senior government officials, eminent Indian and International academic and leaders, civil society representatives and corporate leaders. Job Summary:
The position will support the HR team in executing core operational functions including recruitment support, onboarding, HRIS management, exit formalities, and backend administrative processes. This role is ideal for professional with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, looking to grow in HR operations & recruitment.
Deliverables:

• Assist in recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment data.
• Manage onboarding processes for Full-Time Staff (FTS) and Consultants including documentation, orientation coordination.
• Lead exit formalities, including no dues clearance and documentation for FTS and Invoice based consultancy.
• Prepare and track Exit Interview Matrix, Attrition Rate, etc. Reports.
• Maintain and update HRIS software with employee data and changes, New Joiner.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry in PAMMS and other HR systems.
• Plan and create HR Communications.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
• Any other task as assigned.

Qualification:
Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Desirable:

• MBA in HR or a relevant field.

Experience:
Essential:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR operations or administrative HR roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desirable:

• Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment processes.
