Job Objective

The objective of this role is to enrich our platform\'s job database by searching for jobs on various platforms and acquiring them.

• Conducting secondary research to find job postings on non naukri job portals
• Shortlisting jobs as per given guidelines and posting them on naukri.com
• Maintaining the competitive edge by contributing and enriching the naukri\'s job database
• Working on online systems and applications as per predefined guidelines
• Rigorously coordinate with internal departments/teams to resolve the issues

Required Skills

• Good communication skills
• Awareness about various job portals

Desired Skills

• Prior experience in a recruiter profile will be an added advantage.
