Essential Functions

• Perform all activity like cash receipts, customer query, Credit Memo request submissions, Credit memo processing, credit memo review and approval.
• Processing checks, wire and credit card payments manually and through any ERP soon after we receive payments.
• Apply Cash and credit card payments to customer accounts and invoices. (segregation of billing and cash duties)
• Escalate unapplied Cash to the AR manager
• Review unapplied Cash and provide instructions to Vendor
• Perform customer credit checks and monitor credit limits
• Assist with month end closing, including AR reconciliations, accruals, revenue cut-off testing, etc.
• Researching for invoices in aging report to clear unapplied Cash on account and Chargeback\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Good Understating of Invoice creation
• Basic Understanding of Customer Set up & Handling Queries
• Understanding on managing Intercompany transactions
• To work under minimum supervision and to comply with established procedures or as directed by Manager
• Adaptable to learn new document type, process, concept and skills
• Good Interpersonal Skills and Email Communication to communicate with Sales & other internal teams
• Ensure adherence to process guidelines as per agreed quality standard on all SOPs

• SAP B1 experienced would be preferred
