In our Assurance (A&A) Team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and


clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

You should have prior experience working on Equity capital markets or M&A transactions You must demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of the SEBI ICDR and LODR Should be able to become a subject matter expert for all things related to the IPO transaction processes in India You must have worked with external legal counsel on projects or transactions You must have an aptitude for the Capital Markets and high-finance with a desire to nurture a career in the field You must possess strong ability to think on your feet, present and explain technical information, manage expectations and quickly resolve conflicts You should be able to work across multi-functional teams with competing priorities while still delivering key objectives within given time constraints. You must have excellent communication and analytical skills. You must possess the confidence and to represent Deloitte and its clients during large group meetings and calls You must have advanced to intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills You must be good at anchoring and reviewing offering docs You should have prior experience with financial modeling using Excel
