Job Description
:
- Handling Hospital Application and Other Supporting application and web portal
- Application Support: Support application level calls, understand the system flow and train the user accordingly.
- Implemented application as DMS (document management system).
- Solving queries of mail, Personal visit and calls.
- Handling client requirements.
- Master data updating for client.
- Performing DML, DDL commands on SQL.
- Testing bugs/requirements on UAT/SIT after then implementing on live sever.
- Providing trainings and guidance regarding application and web portal to client members.
- Looking PACS application like Support application level calls , manage user activities
