Required a Senior Claims Consultant/ Senior Executive with the ability to work in an Internationally dynamic fast paced environment. The Executive has to Deal with Australian Customers and Insurance Companies; hence must have solid communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills. Developed PC and Customer service skills are also essential for success in this role. Responsibilities and Duties Communication via phone and emails with Insurance Companies and Clients (current and potential) in Australia. Effective Team coordination on Calls or WhatsApp. Other Ad hoc Administrative duties as required by the business. Required Qualifications and Skills Overseas working experience preferable Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal) Basic Computer knowledge but should have good speed in using computers Experience in a Call Centre/ Customer Service/ Recoveries/ Settlements is preferred Minimum Qualification- Should be a Graduate. IELTS Exam scores would be a plus. Prior International BPO Experience would be an advantage. Working Hours- Monday to Friday 3:30 am to 12:30 pm Saturdays and Sundays off including Australian Public Holidays Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 935,000.00 - 950,000.00 per month Benefits:
