Senior Executive - MIS & Reconciliation

Note: Experience with Fintech transaction systems (DMT, AEPS, BBPS, etc.) preferred.

Job Summary:

In this role, you'll lead the

MIS and reconciliation functions

while managing a high-performing team to ensure accurate reporting, timely data submission, and actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and leverage advanced skills in Excel (including Macros), SQL, Tableau, to automate workflows and handle large data sets efficiently.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective team leadership are key to success in this position.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor a

team handling of 4~5-person

, daily reporting and reconciliation tasks.

MIS Reporting:

Prepare accurate, timely MIS reports to support management decisions.

Reconciliation:

Oversee financial and operational reconciliations ensuring data consistency and error free.

Dashboarding:

Build interactive dashboards in Tableau for real-time business insights.

SQL Data Handling:

Extract and manipulate large datasets using advanced SQL queries.

Excel Automation:

Use advance Excel (formulas, pivot, tables, Macros, V & H lookups, Match, Index, if, etc.) to automate reporting workflows.

Data Integrity:

Identify and resolve data discrepancies in coordination with relevant teams.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to audit standards and internal controls in all outputs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with Product, Finance, and Ops to improve reporting processes.

Services know:

DMT, AEPS, BBPS, PG, Payout, chargeback, knowledge must (reconciliation and Dashboard preparation analysis and useful remark, Query short out

Data handling

: Large no of Data handling and backup approx. 5 to 10 lakhs line items monthly,

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in

Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Data Analytics Tools

. Strong understanding of

financial reconciliation, MIS reporting, and data automation

. Excellent

analytical, problem-solving, and communication

skills. Ability to

lead and motivate teams

in a fast-paced Fintech environment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on

accuracy and data validation

.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field

. Certification in

Data Analytics, SQL, or Tableau

will be an added advantage.
