to manage sales, client coordination, and operational execution for our adhesive wallpaper business. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in interior decor, a good understanding of the wallpaper market, and the ability to handle both B2B and B2C clients.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:
Generate leads and convert clients from the interior design, architecture, real estate, and retail segments.
Conduct product presentations and site visits for customers and designers.
Close sales through proper negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management.
Client Coordination & Order Management:
Coordinate with clients for order finalization, measurement, and customizations.
Handle pre-sales and post-sales communication, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Liaise with the design and installation teams for timely execution.
Market Research & Reporting:
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Provide insights and feedback to improve products, pricing, and marketing strategies.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates.
Operational Support:
Ensure stock availability, timely procurement, and coordination with warehouse/logistics.
Oversee the quality control process before and after installation.
Manage vendor and installer communication where needed.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation ability
Eye for design and aesthetics is a plus
Ability to handle client objections and build long-term relationships
Familiar with MS Office, CRM software, and Google Workspace
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Interior Design
Experience in home decor, furnishing, wallpapers, or building materials preferred
Note:
Candidates with prior experience in
wall coverings, vinyl graphics, modular interiors, or furnishing brands
will be given preference.
