Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Mentor: Manage and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering an environment where creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making are the norm. Analytics Mastery: Utilize advanced analytics tools to dive deep into customer data, uncovering insights that can optimize campaigns and identify new market opportunities. Campaign Management: Oversee and manage performance marketing campaigns across key channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and real estate-specific platforms. Showcase your ability to generate high-quality leads that convert. Continuous Optimization: Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve key performance metrics, ensuring clients achieve the best possible return on their marketing investments. Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in both real estate and digital marketing. What We're Looking For:

Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in digital performance marketing within the real estate sector, with a proven track record of achieving impressive KPIs. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, PowerBi, and other data visualization tools to guide decision-making. Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide a team and build strong client relationships. o Creative and Results-Oriented: A creative thinker who is also focused on delivering measurable results.
