Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Executive . The role involves managing key day-to-day
functions such as digital listings, vendor coordination, campaign support, and
competition tracking. You'll work closely with multiple teams to ensure smooth and
consistent brand execution across platforms and touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
? Campaign & Event Support
Supporting the execution of marketing strategies- whether ongoing campaigns,
new outlet launches, or on-ground events- to boost brand visibility and
engagement.
? Hygiene Check
Ensuring the upkeep of online listings--menu descriptions, images, pricing, and
visibility- on food delivery partners and other platforms, maintaining brand
consistency and marketing hygiene.
? Vendor Coordination
Liaising with vendors for timely procurement and restocking of marketing
collaterals. Ensuring quality and consistency across materials in collaboration
with internal teams.
? Outlet Coordination
Coordinating with outlet teams to understand and fulfil their requirements for
marketing support, including the distribution of updated collaterals and
campaign communication.
? Inventory Tracking
Maintaining and updating internal stock records for marketing collaterals.
Proactively informing teams about low stock and facilitating timely restocking.
? Competition & Market Tracking
Monitoring competitor activity on delivery platforms, along with keeping an eye
on broader market trends and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities for brand growth or positioning.
? Cross-functional Collaboration
Maintaining clear communication in the inter department to align objectives
and ensure smooth execution of campaigns, outlet launches, or updates.
