Senior Executive - Marketing Operations
About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Executive - Marketing Operations
to manage campaign execution and merchandising operations for our brands. The role will be
central to ensuring implementation of marketing campaigns, including coupon configuration ,
banner creation, and content management on our websites and apps.
You'll work closely with the brand marketing and product teams to ensure all campaigns go live
accurately and on time thereby driving visibility, conversion, and customer engagement.
What you'll do:
Coupon Management:
Create, configure, and validate promotional coupons and offers across both brands.
Ensure coupons are correctly linked, tested, and functional before campaigns go live.
Banner & Merchandising Operations:
Coordinate with marketing teams to design and upload homepage and category
banners.
Schedule and maintain merchandising placements based on campaign calendars.
Track and optimize performance of key promotional banners.
CMS Management:
Gain a strong understanding of the backend CMS structure.
Execute content updates, promotional placements, and layout changes in alignment with
campaign plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with brand, product, and tech teams to operationalize all marketing opportunities
on the website and app.
Maintain campaign hygiene, testing, and documentation for all live offers.
Quality & Reporting:
Conduct regular checks to ensure accuracy of all live promotions and links.
Provide daily/weekly reports on campaign and coupon performance.
Who you are:
3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or
merchandising, ideally within the travel or e-commerce industry.
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to execution.
Hands-on experience with CMS tools, campaign management systems, and basic HTML
is a plus.
Excellent coordination and communication skills to work across multiple teams and
brands.
Analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot and ensure campaign accuracy.
