Senior Executive Marketing needed in an Education Group in Gurgaon.Traveling is involved in this role. Traveling to different partners locations in Delhi NCR and in other cities too.Roles & Responsibilities:Generate new markets for the BusinessIdentify markets / schools where the ERP can be sold.
Contacting potential clients via emails, cold calls and exploratory visits.
Visiting schools in the market and making presentations about the ERP.
Arrange meetings with Senior Management / decision makers for closure of deals.Generating the market for different ProjectsAssist the Marketing Department by preparing presentations, proposals, emailers for prospective clients.
Meeting prospective clients and sharing the leads with Marketing Head.Cost effective and proper advertising for SchoolsGetting quotes from different vendors for advertising.
Assist in carrying out the marketing activities planned.Designing of brochures and print ads for new consultancy projectsWebsite Updating and Management.
Getting quotes from different vendors for advertising.
Assisting the marketing department is carrying out the marketing activities planned.AdmissionsAssist in achieving the budgeted numbers in all Company owned and partner schools (as applicable).
Training of all the counselors and drafting of marketing pitch to get better conversation ratio.
Working closely with counselors regularly to enhance the customer delight & numbers.
Monitoring the trends and the pipeline, and proactively taking remedial actions as required.
Keeping abreast with all the marketing initiatives of the competitors, for all the given demographics.Education Qualification - Graduate /MBARequirements-3-5 years of experience of Marketing or Sales involving generating leads using cold calls, visiting clients and arranging meetings.
Willing to travel and meet new and prospective clients is essential.
Should have personal - Two-wheeler / Four wheeler
Experience with the education/education consulting industry will be an added advantage.Competencies -
