We are looking for an experienced

Senior Executive - Marketing

to join our team and to drive sustainable hospital growth by leading strategic marketing initiatives, expanding referral and corporate networks, and increasing patient acquisition while strengthening the hospital's brand presence. The ideal candidate will have

Minimum 3 years of experience

from an accredited hospital.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications:

MBA/Any degree

3 - 5 years of experiencein an accredited hospital Computer/Software proficiency
Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills Field marketing and negotiation skills Time Management In-depth knowledge of hospital services and healthcare marketing Data-driven decision-making ability Ability to build long-term professional relationships
Responsibilities:

Conduct regular field visits to doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporates, and institutions to promote hospital services Build, maintain, and strengthen referral networks with doctors and healthcare partners Lead corporate marketing initiatives including empanelments, health check-ups, and wellness programs. Support digital marketing initiatives Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.

Salary should be based on interview performance & experience . Should be fixed at the time of interview
