Job Description
MAJOR ROLE OF THE POSTION
DAILY BREAKDOWN MONITORING, ENSURE THAT AVAILABILITY MACHINES FOR PRODUCTION
SCHDEULE IMPLEMENT PREVENTIVE MAINTENACE/ PREDICTIVE MAINTENACE/ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AND MAINTAIN CRITICAL M/C MTBF OPIMUM LEVEL.
MAINTAINE MINIMUM INVETORY, BY SUITABLE SPARE PARTS PLANNING.
TRAIN THE,MAINTENACE TECHNICEAN AND TRAINEES TO IMPROVE THE SKILL LEVEL

Technical
1
Thorough knowledge in Mechanical elements and precision machine elements
2
Thorough Knowledge in Mechanical elements , Machine reconditioning, Machine accuracy, Hydraulic and pneumatics. Special process like Electro plating / Turning / Grinding and Honing
3
Knowledge in maintaining of records for IATF, EMS etc. and knowledge in SAP
4
Basic knowledge in Electrical / PLC and automation techniques
People

People management skill

Leadership skill
3
Able to train technicians and Trainees on machines.
4
Preparation of Maintenance records required for Daily, and Monthly reviews.
