Job Title: Senior Executive - Legal

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive

Senior Legal Executive

to support our legal and compliance functions. The role involves assisting with contract management, reviewing agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the legal team in day-to-day operations.

What You Will Do

Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents Provide legal support and guidance to internal teams on various matters Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and regulations Assist in dispute resolution and coordinate with external legal counsel when required Maintain records and documentation related to legal matters Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and employment law Excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills Ability to interpret and communicate legal information clearly Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience with legal documentation, contract management, or compliance work Exposure to corporate or commercial legal processes in a professional setting

Nice to Have

Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the FinTech sector Experience coordinating with legal counsel or handling dispute resolution Knowledge of corporate governance and risk management practices
