At least 1 year BPO experience required
Moderate communication skills both written and verbal necessary for professional interactions with both external and internal contacts.
Interpersonal skills to work effectively with co-workers and external contacts to respond positively to situations, which require cooperation, courtesy and tact.
Makes routine decisions and executes job responsibilities independently without daily supervision or higher level approval
Ability to make sound decisions which may have a direct impact on the business.
Knowledge of MS Excel, CWS and Oracle/SAP preferred
