Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes.
Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring needs and job specifications.
Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess the qualifications and fit of candidates.
Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive applicant journey.
Maintain recruitment databases and generate reports on hiring progress and metrics.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
