Job Responsibilities
Identify and follow up on project opportunities with builders, contractors, and consultants
Promote AAC Blocks through site visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations
Get Magicrete products specified in project BOQs
Support branding and promotional activities at project sites
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing and delivery
Track the full project sales cycle from lead to conversion
Guide and support field sales executives (if assigned)
Share regular market feedback and competitor insights
Requirements
Graduate (Civil Engineering preferred - Diploma/B.E./B.Tech)
2 to 5 years of experience in project sales or building materials industry
Good understanding of BOQs, construction sites, and product promotion
Strong communication and field sales execution skills
Existing network with builders and contractors is an advantage
