In this role - you will play a key role in managing and overseeing the compensation and benefits programs within the HR Operations function. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering comprehensive compensation and benefits plans to attract, retain, and motivate employees. Your role will involve collaborating with HR leaders, analyzing market trends, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing expert guidance to employees on compensation and benefits matters.

Roles & Responsibilities :



Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the company's compensation programs, including base pay, bonuses, and incentives. Process salary changes, promotions, and other compensation-related adjustments accurately and in a timely manner. Provide assistance to employees regarding benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Support the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other welfare benefits. Coordinate with the finance and HR teams to process payroll accurately and on schedule. Maintain and update employee data in the HR information system (HRIS). Assist in organizing benefits education sessions and workshops for employees. Prepare and submit reports to government agencies and internal stakeholders as required. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and tax requirements related to compensation and benefits. Communicate with employees regarding compensation and benefits programs, answering queries and providing information. Lead or participate in HR projects related to compensation and benefits. Implement best practices for data management and data protection. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring data security and privacy.
