Order Management:
Process customer orders accurately in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, sales) to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
Identify and escalate any fulfillment issues.
Analytics and Reporting:
Prepare basic reports on customer feedback, order accuracy, delivery performance, etc.
Analyze recurring customer issues and suggest improvements.
Track key metrics like order volumes, service levels, and response times.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or related fields.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets for basic reporting and data analysis.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
