Job Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end reporting, stock visibility, and order management within the supply chain function. Ensures accurate tracking of inventory, timely execution of sales and purchase orders, and supports business planning through actionable insights.###

Key Responsibilities

Report Creation & Management:

Maintain and update real-time

Stock Reports

across multiple locations.
Prepare category-specific reports:

Biscuit Report

,

Confect Report

, and

Snack Report

for inventory and order analysis.
Generate

Ageing Report

to flag slow-moving stock and propose corrective actions.
Produce:

Weekly Own Brand Report

to track private label performance.

Weekly Hubs Report

consolidating hub-level inventory and dispatches.

Monthly Plan vs Supply vs Order Report

for trend analysis and planning accuracy.

Order & Stock Operations:

Execute and update

Open SO Reports

and follow through on timely

SO Closure

.
Manage

SO Amendments

and ensure alignment with sales and supply teams.
Create

Purchase Orders (POs)

in coordination with supply planning.
Allocate orders

(Factory to CFA)

based on stock availability and priority.
Coordinate

Order Execution

, including logistics alignment and dispatch planning.
Ensure accurate and timely

Billing Closure

post-delivery.###

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in

MS Excel
