As a Senior Executive of IT Operations, this position will be responsible for providing IT support and assistance to our employees globally. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize personal ticket queue consisting of both incident and requests. Manage, prioritize, and resolve all 2nd line incidents and requests according to SLAs. Act as an escalation point for 2nd Line support issues. Must have experience in managing Microsoft Intune and Office365 admin portal. Must have excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, extensive experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity. Must be customer service-oriented proactive in anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of computing and peripheral resources. Be able to install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals, such as docking stations, printers, scanners, cameras. Set up and configure new hire desktops. Must have experience in managing AV and DLP Job Requirement Skills and Experience Required: Proven work experience as a Desktop Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role. Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac OS environments. Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners. Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills. Customer-oriented attitude. Troubleshooting experience for Outlook, Skype and MS teams. Should have experience in scripting and Automation Education Qualification: Should have Bachelor in Computer Science or similar field.
