Role Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for executing roll-over plans with the highest level of accuracy and managing trade execution through both internal and external dealers. The role involves continuous intraday position tracking and margin management to ensure efficient and smooth execution of trades. The individual will monitor broker-wise PCR and troubleshoot any issues related to trading terminals or systems. They will manage, update, and develop all End-of-Day (EOD) reports, including delta sheets, roll-over files, and position-tracking files.The position also requires assisting in trading and investment decision-making, ensuring all front-office systems are fully operational at the beginning of the day (BOD), and regularly reviewing open positions to identify opportunities for roll-over or closure. The candidate will ensure seamless functioning of leased lines for RMS and handle RMS development and broadcast-related issues. Immediate reporting of any market- or stock-sensitive events is critical. Additionally, the role includes managing results calendars, news and events calendars, Open Interest (OI) updates, and market FII snapshots, along with handling Meta stock software operations. In the absence of the Back Office Assistant, the candidate will also be responsible for managing back-office operations.

Experience Requirement:

The candidate must have a minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Derivatives Dealer and Investment Analyst, with strong hands-on exposure to futures & options trading, roll-over execution, intraday position and margin management, and coordination with RMS and broking teams. The role also requires analytical capabilities such as market analysis, tracking FII activity, Open Interest (OI), PCR, results and events calendars, and providing actionable insights to support trading and investment decisions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
