What You'll Do

Drive new business by identifying leads, networking, and strategic outreach Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients Understand client goals and offer tailored e-commerce/digital marketing solutions Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Create compelling sales pitches, proposals, and business presentations Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market movements Lead contract negotiations and close deals with confidence and professionalism Provide clear, data-driven sales reporting to leadership

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a

digital marketing or e-commerce agency

Deep understanding of consultative selling, lead conversion, and client retention Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting dashboards High level of ownership, self-motivation, and drive to succeed Ability to manage multiple clients and sales pipelines simultaneously
