What Youll Be Doing
xe2x97x8f Identify social media influencers(Youtube and Instagram) and onboard them basis metrics
like reach, engagement and views.
xe2x97x8f Co-create with our influencers to make content that is highly authentic and relevant to
end-consumers.
xe2x97x8f Understand the latest trends in video content across platforms, and work with influencers to
understand how it can be adapted to our specific use cases.
xe2x97x8f Look to continuously improve the benchmarks in terms of content quality and content
efficiency, metrics such as views, clicks etc
xe2x97x8f Work with internal teams to plan and execute brand campaigns using influencers.
xe2x97x8f Help get operational things executed well such as coordination, dispatching, tracking
What Skills You Should Have

xe2x97x8f Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
xe2x97x8f Excellent communication and writing skills in English
xe2x97x8f Great communication skills to effectively work with influencers
xe2x97x8f Fluency in languages like Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Bangla/Assamese would be a
bonus.
