Job Description

We're looking for a rockstar Senior Executive - Influencer & Community Building to join our Social Media team at BookMyShow. If you live and breathe Instagram reels, know which meme pages are poppin', and have a roster of influencers on speed dial, this is for you.

In this role, you'll lead and execute influencer and meme-seeding campaigns across our biggest verticals - Music, Movies & Brand Love. From strategizing to execution, you'll work closely with content creators, meme pages, and fan communities to bring our campaigns to life and build strong digital fandoms.

Your Profile

Influencer Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Build and execute full-funnel influencer campaigns for concerts, movie releases, brand collabs, etc.

Briefing & Ideation:

Craft campaign briefs that are fun, sharp, and aligned with the vibe of the event or movie. Co-create content ideas with influencers that drive reach and engagement.

Influencer Shortlisting & Budgeting:

Identify the right creators across categories and regions. Handle outreach, negotiate budgets, and close contracts.

Meme Page Partnerships:

Build relationships with meme accounts, pop culture pages, fan communities and seed content that drives virality organically.

Community Building:

Work on long-term creator relationships and fandom engagement plans across music and movies. Build a bank of superfans and micro-creators we can repeatedly collaborate with.

Trendspotting & Suggestions:

Be proactive in recommending creators, meme handles, and trending formats we should jump on.

Campaign Oversight:

Track content deliveries, ensure quality control, and monitor performance to ensure the campaign hits its KPIs

Your Checklist

4+ years of experience in influencer marketing

Strong knowledge of the Indian influencer ecosystem across Instagram, YouTube & regional creators.

A sharp eye for creative storytelling, content trends, and what works online.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience working across multiple categories - music, entertainment, brand content is a big plus.

Someone who gets things done, fast. Hustle, agility, and creativity is the name of the game.
