Role Summary
Responsibilities:
\xef\x81\xb6 Adherence to cGMP and EHS norms.
\xef\x81\xb6 Cleaning, Calibration, Maintenance of instruments/equipment.
\xef\x81\xb6 Maintenance of warehouse facility in co-ordination with maintenance department.
\xef\x81\xb6 Monitoring temperature and relative humidity across warehouse.
\xef\x81\xb6 Ensure online updation of warehouse logbooks as per the activities.
\xef\x81\xb6 Handling and monitoring of housekeeping activities.
\xef\x81\xb6 Dispensing and issue of raw materials, packing materials and consumables as per SOP.
\xef\x81\xb6 Handling of shop floor returned materials.
\xef\x81\xb6 Execution and reporting of physical stock verification and reconcile the differences if any.
\xef\x81\xb6 Monitoring of Raw material/Packing material sampling and storage.
\xef\x81\xb6 Monitoring of retest rejection and expired materials.
\xef\x81\xb6 Coordination with inter departments (QA, QC, Production, E&M Instrumentation, EHS and Admin) for the day-to-day activities.
\xef\x81\xb6 Review of shop floor related warehouse documentations.
\xef\x81\xb6 Reporting to next higher level on all non-conformities.
\xef\x81\xb6 Handling and monitoring of contract casual employees

Educational Qualifications
Required Education Qualification: Bsc
Required Experience: 2 - 10 years
