Act as a central point of contact for all inbound marcom requests in the region.
Provide training on the new product launch process as needed and support global launches in the region.
Support global campaigns and lead management in the region, including working with sales and channel sales to ensure follow up
Work with local sales management to develop a strong understanding of local markets and provide market intelligence to corporate marcom to improve results in the region.
Work with local sales and marketing to generate content as needed.
Support country distributors with channel marketing programs aligned with global channel promotions team
Support Regional trade shows and other customer events aligning with Global Marketing to develop local campaigns
Participate in ad hoc requests for various initiatives, including university program, branding and advertising
Position Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a Marcom generalist required.
Bachelor\'s degree required, business/marketing emphasis preferred. Engineering experience a plus.
Demonstrated track record of executing marketing plans in an industrial B2B environment, semiconductor experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable interacting with local management and conveying global priorities
Self-starter capable of taking direction and executing in a timely fashion
Strong capabilities across Marcom disciplines, able to contribute and lead a range of Marcom activities
Comfortable working within a global team and being managed remotely
Extremely detail oriented
Ability to influence without direct authority
