Educational Qualifications

Degree in Engineering (BE, BTech) / Master in Business Administration (preferable)

Key Responsibilities

-To implement leading Supply Chain Planning solutions in areas relating to Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) & Demand Planning. Looking for a highly motivated individual with consulting mindset who loves challenges and has passion for supply chain solutions

- Implementation & Roll out of SAP IBP Demand Planning, S&OP across various Biocon group of companies

- Work with leadership team and stakeholders in driving new solutions
- Interact with Business teams to gather requirements and identify solutions
- Apply SAP IBP principles, concepts and best practices in developing solutions and strategies
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform needed configuration adjustments, and develop functional specifications
- Test proposed solutions and document the resolution

Role Summary

- Work experience with SAP IBP & APO Demand Planning

- Degree in Engineering (BE, BTech) & Masters in Business Administration ( preferable)
- Experience in scoping, requirements gathering/definition

- Subject matter expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand Planning, Supply planning, Sales & Operation Planning processes preferably with at least 1 end to end implementation experience with a client facing role (preferably in Pharmaceutical co)

- SAP PP Experience

- Strong configuration and design skills required
- Experience managing customer demands, progress reporting and status updates
