Contractor Labor Management Including Compliances.
Manpower planning, assist in the recruitment process.
Handling/Assistance in disciplinary and grievance handling.
Liaison with local govt and private regulatory agencies related to HR.
Execution of all Training, welfare, Employee Engagement programs.
Create and maintain a positive work environment and prevent social conflicts.
Primary contact for employees and Warehouse managers to answer HR related
Inquiries.
Supervises all activities related to the time office.
Proactively identify HR interventions and opportunities in support of business needs
and objectives.
Skills:-
Ability to understand and analyze the root cause of a problem.
5-6 Years of experience required in warehouse
Good understanding of human behavior.
Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Efficient time management.
