Job Title: Senior Executive - Human Resources

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience Required: 3-6 Years

Industry: Doors Manufacturing or Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

? Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and

onboarding.

? Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data with accuracy and

confidentiality.

? Support monthly payroll processing and coordinate with accounts for statutory

deductions (PF, ESIC, PT).

? Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and company HR policies.

? Coordinate performance management, appraisal cycles, and training initiatives.

? Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive and professional work

environment.

? Execute employee engagement activities to strengthen culture and retention.

? Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and manpower analytics for management.

? Liaise with department heads for manpower planning and policy implementation.

? Assist HR Manager in audits, vendor management, and other strategic HR projects.

Key Skills & Requirements

? Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or

related field.

? 3-6 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing or corporate

environments.

? Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT,

LWF).

? Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reports) and HRMS tools.

? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

? Empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling employee concerns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?219,508.19 - ?834,936.44 per year
