Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Support implementation of HR policies and performance management systems.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labor laws.
Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
3 years of HR experience
in Facilities Services or a similar industry.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Male candidates preferred.
Immediate joiners
