The job role involves - Supporting the HR Team with various HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition, Operations, Employee Relations, Data Management, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for all below mentioned aspects of staff's employment life cycle.
Talent Acquisition:
Support the team with recruitment process, including job postings, resume, screening and coordinating the interviews.
Onboarding:
Support new employees settle in by guiding them through paperwork and orientation sessions etc.
Probation to Confirmation:
Assist the managers in the process for employee's confirmation.
Renewals:
Support the line managers during the renewal period and support in contract renewals.
Exit Process:
Assist with the exit process by coordinating exit interviews and ensuring all necessary paper work is done.
Data management:
Help with data compilations such as weekly and monthly reports, maintaining insurance, BGV records, employee files etc.
Employee Engagement:
Work along with the employee engagement committee to plan and execute employee-friendly engagement events.
Required qualification:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Required experience:
2 + years
Interest and Skills:
Strong organizing and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
