Designation: Senior Executive- Human Resource

Scope: Managing the entire retail segment of the region
Responsibilities:-
1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
2. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues. Support the resolution of employee grievances and disciplinary matters. Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
3. HR Administration: Prepare and maintain HR documents, such as employment contracts and employee handbooks. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
4. Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process and employee development programs. Support managers in identifying training needs and coordinating relevant training sessions.
5. Compensation and Benefits: Provide information and support regarding compensation and benefits programs. Assist in conducting salary reviews and benchmarking.
6. HR Reporting and Metrics: Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review. Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in a Retail HR role, with at least 3 years in store hiring.
Skills: Strong project management, attrition management, employee engagement skills, and driving initiatives from concept to execution (0-1)
Attributes: Proactive, self-driven, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
Flexibility: Comfortable with store visits and travel as required.
