Job Overview

The incumbent needs to work closely with the HRBPs to support them in their day-to-day operations at division / at organizational level. The incumbent will be responsible for Payroll inputs & also support in maintaining applicable reports and dashboards for the HRBP team. Planning and execution of various engagement activities/event at Organisation Level will also be core to the role.

Key Responsibilities 1

• Working closely with HRBPs & driving end to end planning and execution of engagement activities/events at Division & organisation level:

• Managing engagement calendar and ensuring execution of events on time
• Creating communications for events
• Coordinating with procurement, FMSS, marketing etc
• Timely Vendor payments, invoice processing
• Voucher management
• Responsible for e2e HR Operations support for HRBPs

• Manage Payroll inputs for all applicable Divisions & ensure zero defects & timely pay-outs.
• Support in International Operations Knowledge management & maintaining / tracking various compliances.
• Driving Dashboards for Performance Management processes
• Managing V-Assist & handling employee queries in line with company policies

Skills & Attributes

• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in Canva preferred
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Good Stakeholder Management

• Event Management Skills

Work Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role
• Payroll management exposure preferred.
• Aviation background is preferred

Qualification

• Graduate from a recognized university
