The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end joining and induction process at the plant as per HR Induction SOP.
Will ensure process adherence to joining formalities for batch of new joiners every week.
Deliver engaging induction presentations and ensure proper documentation.
Strong coordination, communication, and presentation skills are essential for this role.
Support in new joiners' reimbursement process i.e. Relocation, Medical, Notice pay, etc.
Qualification: MBA (Human Resources)
Experience: 2-5 years
